Leadership challenge –
formulating and developing systems

Management personnel are confronted by the challenge of designing systems that have reciprocal influence and are complex in a manner which has the potential for success – that is to say, in accordance with the corporate goals.

Participants in this training experience one another in a joint expedition in a scarcely settled wilderness area. In so doing, they are challenged to plan and carry out this one-week project in their own responsibility. The success of the project is dependent upon the personal resources and the utilisation of each individual. An intensive interaction of participants with their personal strategies for action is derived from this.

In the course of this challenging learning project, management personnel expand their system competence and their understanding of complex duties. Effectiveness and potential for change become evident through regular feedback and reflection.
