Constructively shaping change
At some time in their career, most people in managerial and leadership positions come up against complex, taxing challenges. Many of these can seem to lead into dead ends. This often causes a lack of motivation, burn-out, a decline in performance, conflict with colleagues and superiors and/or huge leadership problems.
In difficult or obstructive situations of this kind, we work as coaches to help the staff involved regain their ability to make decisions and re-examine their behaviour. To do so we provide a combination of individual, solution-focused advice and neutral feedback. We advise our clients at a process level and inspire them to extend the reach of their actions.
However, we do not make a decision for you as to which solution is right for you. For the coaching to be effective, all those involved must voluntarily want to take part and work to make the consultancy viable.
Both we and our clients see coaching as a tool for performance improvement management, the focus being on the connection between individuals, their role/function and the organisation. Our systemic approach, which addresses the organisation as a whole, has proved especially successful in this respect.back...
