Problems can never be solved with the same way of thinking in which they were created.
Albert Einstein
Systems theory and constructivism form a framework for the assumptions and theoretical models used to design our consultancy sessions, process architecture, courses and interventions.
Wherever we believe it serves the purpose, our methodology is decontextualising and experience-driven. In other words, we allow interaction patterns, relationship patterns and communication patterns to be experienced in a new context. We always include an additional observation stage so that factors influencing decision-making can be reflected upon from a certain distance. We see this process of reflection as an essential requirement for the development of possible new solutions, potential improvements or future strategies. Many models and tools we consider useful are usually associated with other approaches, but in view of where we come from in terms of theory, we nonetheless use them as additional means of sharpening our vision.
